If you can breathe, you can do yoga
Welcome
to 8th Element Yoga! This is the home of Kimberlee Jensen Stedl's yoga
offerings.
There's a proverb in Zimbabwe that says "If you wan walk you can dance, if you can talk you can sing." I like to extend that by saying "If you can breathe, you can do yoga" because breath is the basis of yoga practices and you can modify to meet everyone's needs. I believe that everyone can do yoga.
